Johanna Faust Walter (born Joan Walter; February 16th, 1933 – March 19, 1972) was an activist who became the visible spokeswoman and German leader for the German civil rights movement from 1954 until her assassination in 1972. Johanna advanced civil rights through nonviolence and civil disobedience, inspired by her slight Protestant beliefs and the nonviolent activism of her Ally MLK Jr and Mahatma Gandhi. She was the daughter of an early German activist against the Nuremberg laws and citizenship law, Dieter Faust Walter Sr.

Johanna participated in and led marches for non-Germans' right to vote, desegregation, labor rights, and other basic civil rights. Johanna led the 1954 Student Peace Movement during the German Riots and later became the few organizers and first president of the Free Species for Europe Conference (FSEC). As president of the FSEC, she led the unsuccessful Bayreuth Movement in Bayreuth, Germany, and helped organize some of the nonviolent 1960 protests in Dusseldorf, Germany. Johanna helped organize the 1967 "March on Berlin", where she delivered her "I have a European Dream" speech on the steps of the VolksHalle.

The FSEC put into practice the tactics of nonviolent peace protest with some success by strategically choosing the methods and places in which protests were carried out. There were several dramatic stand-offs with Nazi old guard authorities, which many times turned violent. Reich Security Main Office (RSHA) considered Johanna a radical and traitor to Germany that made her an object of the RSHA's watchlist from 1957, forward. Various RSHA agents investigated her for possible Anti-German ties, recorded her conversation with Governments in Exile's in London and reported on them to government officials, and, in 1964, mailed Johanna a threatening anonymous letter, which she personally told her husband was an interpreted to get her to commit suicide.

In June 1967, Johanna won the Nobel Peace Prize for combating Speciest inequality and other inequality through nonviolent resistance. In 1968, she helped organize two of the three Stuttgart to Nuremberg Marches. In her final years, she expanded her focus to include opposition towards religious oppression, Political Oppression, Poverty, Homelessness, and Slave Labor

In 1972, Johanna was planning a peaceful national occupation of Berlin, to be called the People's Basic Needs Campaign, when she was assassinated on March 19 in Leipzig, Germany. Her death was followed by riots in many German cities. The main perpetrator Gerhard Schwarz, a Veteran SS man convicted of killing Johanna, pleaded Guilty and was put to the firing squad. Johanna was posthumously awarded the Earth Republic Medal of Unity in 1977 and the German Civilian Medal in 1979. Lady Johanna Day was established as a holiday in cities throughout Germany beginning in 1976; the holiday was enacted at the national level by the German Bundesreichstag legislature and signed by Fuhrer Lea Amara in 1977 hundreds of streets in Germany, the Czech state, and Poland has been renamed in her honor, and the most populous former polish city area she visited was dedicated for her in name of her honor. The Johanna Statue Memorial in her hometown of Stuttgart in the Johanna Walter Civil Rights Historic Park Center was dedicated in 1983, Her casket in the Stuttgart cemetery was removed put in the historic park center where an eternal flame is now. Even the St Nicholas Church in Leipzig where she made her last speech "Message of a European Future" was renamed to St Johanna Church in her honor. A statue was also dedicated to Johanna in the Warsaw city center unveiled on the 10th anniversary on March 19th, 1982.

Activism and organizational leadership

German Riots, 1954-1957

In 1954, Students protested the leadership under Hitler's regime as the students didn't really have much to do themselves and leading to many riots. One incident before this was the protest at the local Dresden University grounds with Local Orpo and Student clash and one German-Polish student laid dead when a gunshot went off no one knows who fired the shot but it set the events for the Riots to happen out of control. The Unionist National Earth Party (UNEP) or "Unionist-Democratic Earth party" is an Earth Political Party founded by Linda Cortez and it's main headquarters in Geneva, Switzerland. The party's beginning's began as far back as during the latter ending years of the Space war from 1949/1950 to 1952. It was previously named the "Earth Alliance Party".

Headquarters

The Earth Alliance Party was originally located in Bern, Switzerland but the main HQ for the war effort was directed in Geneva for the entirety of the Galactic War. So Geneva served as the War directed capital and Bern as the Alliance Capital for both former Axis and Allied countries as well Neutral countries. Until by the end of 1952 the Bern HQ then moved to Geneva where it still is today.

History

Beginnings & the Post-war 1950's

During the war under Linda's Management the party wasn't cooperative during it's early years as an alliance evident as the Axis and Allies fought each other no less than 2 months after the Valazarian invaders landed on earth.

After the war, and the 1952/1953 "Standstill Crisis" Linda began reforming the EAP into a proper political party which happened during the 1953 Alliance Address where she declared the Alliance rebranded as a political party as she reformed the EAP to the "Earth Democratic Party" then in 1956 as the "Earth National Party" and finally in 1960 renaming it to the Union National Earth Party or Unionist Earth Party! The rise of Earth during the Space War marked the beginning of the Earth Republic Regime Era that still continues to this very day. The "Earth Agreement" was signed by the major countries of the Axis and Allies and few countries as a start in the Union as well before the Earth Republic was proclaimed it accepted many countries through the years until the last country member that joined 28 years after the Earth Republic regime was created it was the final piece of earth united.

At the top of the Earth Party government was the Leadership Executive Head (Linda Cortez) who held executive balance power and full command as Commander-in-Chief of the Military and overall Civil Party. Linda also founded the sub-body unit in the Executive branch called the "Union Committee" which was the team that also helped vote on the laws that would be passed or voted by the UN party Council depending.

UN Party Council Congress

UN Party Council was the global congress for earth that allowed what laws for earth as a whole to be voted on in the Assemblies that were requested by the earth populous at large. The lawmaking and voters in the Council are politically neutral coming from different ideology countries as they need to work together to keep the earth government rolling along.

The G.C.U or Greater Confederacy Union or the Greater Community of Unionists as said in intergalactic circles are a economic, military and humanitarian alliance that consists of various Union Nationalists planets that are independent, puppets, dominions and even observer planets and allies. The key objective of the G.C.U is to maintain the peaceful non-warlike humanitarian sphere of influence for the various planets that join the Alliance, while also preventing rival ideology's from declaring war on the members if one gets attacked or even prevent certain ideology's from expanding. Various different members of the GCU trade with other members, and neutral planets.

Gone is the old order of waring planets and degenerate corruption - in its place stands now Brotherhood and Unity, guided by Union Nationalist hegemon. Both the GER and Xenella Empire are the Founding Members of the Alliance

Autonomous Republic Dominions

National Focus: Planet Dominions

Autonomous Dominion Republic's, much like its planet occupied puppets alternative, aren't actually puppet plants but rather am employed native Dominion administration employed by the GCU members vote under civil occupation to prepare it for its inevitable Dominion ship to eventual peaceful independence. Headed by any of the GCU Leader of the civil administrations occupation, these administrative planets have a granted degree of autonomy from the usually close oversight from their Unionists master, either due to their distance from the home planets or space regional particularities. The guise of autonomy applies the native people and it's leader and what they do with it is theirs only to decide.

This planet is an Autonomous Puppet, the vestige of a planet now almost fully integrated into the GCU with Natives in power. It's very similar to the Autonomous Dominion Republic's they are special planet regions with some autonomy but not completely for Dominion Status. The autonomous puppets are if may say extended parts of the GCU empire's mostly with Civilian or Military Native Administrations.

An Integrated puppet is a puppet native administration employed by the GCU rulers of the respective planets that occupy those planets to prepare it for and close to annexation via the natives vote on it. The administration is increasingly being tied to that of the GCU leader planets itself, to the point that business and various people's now flow without issue across their boundaries. Similarly the increasingly more political appointments within this native puppet administration are only one of several signs of what's to come as a soon-to-be new expanded mainland of the GCU planets.

A Unionist Trade Partner of the GCU, these planets has seen the wisdom in peaceful cooperation and mutual assistance with Union Nationalism and the eventual joining of the alliance as an equal partner. Now seen as an ally of the Ally on the galactic stage, it is subject to the plethora of joint responsibilities and seat in the alliance that has goals to achieve. Even though the quest for unity is stated to be the reason for membership in the alliance by the current GCU members , it is more often than not the planets are lured into the economic prosperity and safety that draws planets into this equal relationship.

Observer Members

These planets in the GCU have observer member status, a privilege granted by the GCU if planets want to be neutral but are curious of this alliance, giving them the ability to participate in the alliance, without being full members of the alliance and respecting their neutrality in affairs.

The EIA or "Earth Intelligentsia Agency" (German: Erde Intelligenz Agentur) is the main agency of the Earth Republic that was founded post-war around the 1950s. It serves as the main Global agency for both the civilian & military branches of intel.

HISTORY

BACKGROUND

The decade prior there was no Global intelligence agency for earth as during the war there were different military & intel branches of their own countries (OSS, KGB, Abwehr, ETC). Even though there was the UN by the time around the late 1940s just less than 4 years before complete victory was achieved. Many Leaders and agents didn't want to lose their jobs as being agents. By the time of the 1950s, during the post-war rebuilt many intelligence agencies re-thought the idea of a global agency under one umbrella as that one global agency would have all countries Intel agencies would fall under one goal to protect their planet from foreign subversive spies and more! It took some deals and influence to get the countries on board to agree to the idea but on March 5th 1958 the EIA was founded but it existed as a small force as the Abwehr, MI6, OSS and KGB were the only ones at first while others still thought about it being onlookers if it's a good idea or not. (Will add more Info later as of now I'm tired)

(Please understand that this is all Fiction, from a real life unfinished aircraft being put to real in fiction so understand this is all fictional for my Earth Republic or GER world Building. You'll be seeing more of these in future)

The Junkers 132 or Ju EF-132 is a German version of the US Version of the Rockwell B-1 Lancer. It was a aircraft project undertaken by Junkers during the War, which was built from the influence of the Cancelled Junkers 287 back in 1942 from two models that were built.

Design/Development

The shoulder-mounted wings were swept back 35° and featured a small amount of anhedral. Six Junkers Jumo-012 jet engines, each of which developed 24.5 kN (5,500 lbf) of thrust, were buried in the wing roots. Wind tunnel results showed the advantages of having the engines within the wing, rather than causing drag by being mounted below the wing surfaces. Moreover it even had a in-engine layout within the wing fuselage which would eliminated the engine drag if the engines were placed under the wing. Even the Landing gear was a interesting plan, that consisted of a nose wheel, two tandem main wheels beneath the center rear fuselage, and outrigger-type wheels under each outer wing. With a pressurized Cabin to carry a crew of 5 air force pilots/gunners with two remotely-controlled twin 20 mm cannon turrets (one located aft of the cockpit, the other beneath the fuselage) and a tail barbette containing another pair of 20 mm cannons.

After with many wind-tunnel test and outcomes the first flights of the Ju-132 began between March-May 1947, with many respected results first being transported in leased spacecraft carriers during the planet battle of "Gavaso" which a squadron of 15 of the Ju-132 with American, Soviet and Italian escort jet fighters protecting their flanks aimed for Industry and Military installations. Especially on the city of "Tabfovda" which devastated the city Industry and Military outskirts nearby. During the battle that was determined when the squadron came back only 6 Bombers were lost. On Earth the RLM was basically surprised by the Ju 132's success the RLM got Junkers to streamline built Junker 132's for the duration of the war until 1952 which about 354 were built from later 1947 to the space wars end in 1952.

Post-Space War Development

The Junkers factories had to prioritize mainly Civilian Airliners at the wars end on May 16th 1952. At the end of the war the Junkers EF 132 V2 (second Variant of the EF 132) was built from 1949/1950 to 1951(which made up 134 of the total 354 during the War). While the Ju EF 132 V3's were only around to being planned and designs 6 months before the wars end. The Junkers EF 132 V3 planning was scrapped but was revived in Mid-1954 when there were plans for the Earth Alliance's Spaceship Carriers needing certain bombers to be space worthy in the empty vacuum of space. Which helped the Junkers Military Division to put up their plans for the Ju-132 V3 (A space-bomber redesign) & the Junkers EF 140 (Basically the German Version to real life Soviet OKB-140 bomber, but as a space-bomber) which were gladly accepted and even still the current Junkers EF 132 C-2's as the current 2100's Space-bomber models are being produced and made.

Ju EF 132 V1 Proto

The first prototype of the Junkers EF 132 built and made for test flight, fuselage taken from Ju-287 & with six Jumo-012 engines.

Ju EF-132 V2

Second Prototype version, same as the V1 layout but with an extended fuselage, extra spaced undercarriage to drop bombs, better horizontal stabilizers.

Ju EF 132 V3 (Space Bomber)

The first Space Bomber changed from it's Air-Intake Engine layout to a Space travel rocket Layout with space like built fuselage 2 bomb-bay undercarriage doors, powered with two Jumo-0013 Space Engines.

Ju EF 132-X (Space Bomber)

Similar as to the V3 model, but with new revolutionary rocket cell engines powered by Yakuzi & has a VTOL system to take off parallel and Horizontaly.
